These terms apply to the public Peaked Mind website and its educational content.
Informational use
Website content is general information and education. It is not individualized medical or mental health advice.
No counseling relationship
Viewing this website, sending an inquiry, or joining a waitlist does not create a counseling relationship.
Counseling status
Peaked Mind counseling has not opened. The Peaked Mind waitlist is a pre-launch email list and is not a clinical intake, appointment request, or reservation of counseling services. The resources and education list is separate from counseling. Counseling will begin only when all applicable Washington credentialing, supervision, and practice requirements are in place.
Coaching
Any future coaching and workshops will be non-clinical educational programs—not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment.
No emergency services
Peaked Mind is not an emergency or crisis service.

Peaked Mind branding, original website copy, and original educational materials may not be reproduced without permission.
