CONSUMER HEALTH DATA PRIVACY

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This separate policy explains how Peaked Mind handles information that may identify a person as looking for mental-health information or future counseling.

Categories collected and why

Peaked Mind may collect contact and subscription information—your email address, name if supplied, subscription status, and the update category you choose—to send the resources or launch updates you request. Choosing the future counseling list may identify you as someone seeking information about possible future mental-health services.

Limited website request information—such as an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and pages requested—may be processed to deliver and secure the website. If you allow analytics, limited usage information—such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and interactions—is used to understand which resources are useful.

Peaked Mind does not ask for diagnoses, treatment records, detailed symptoms, insurance information, or other clinical details through the pre-launch signup forms.
