A GLOBAL NEED

1 in 7

Parents everywhere are supporting children through real mental-health pressures

WHO and UNICEF report that about 1 in 7 people ages 10–19 has a mental-health condition. Coaching does not treat a condition. It can give caregivers tools to support daily life around a child.

PLANNED FORMATS

Focused, practical support for real family life

01

Parent coaching

One-on-one guidance for routines, communication, behavior patterns, confidence, and daily parenting challenges.

02

Educational workshops

Short learning sessions for parents and caregivers. Topics may include homework, anxiety support, big emotions, communication, and family change.

03

Tools for home

Templates, simple routines, and learning tools that make useful ideas easier to try at home.

A WHOLE-PERSON PERSPECTIVE

Practical guidance that looks at the whole family

A whole-person view looks at development, family ties, surroundings, strengths, and stress. Kaylyn also brings more than eight years of work with children. Together, this can make parent education more useful and realistic.

Future coaching will stay separate from therapy. It is not a substitute when counseling or other mental-health care is needed.

POTENTIAL ACCESS BEYOND WASHINGTON

Some future programs may reach beyond Washington

Peaked Mind may offer coaching and workshops to parents outside Washington. Any program will follow the rules that apply where it is offered.

Counseling is separate, limited to Washington, and not open yet.
