Kaylyn’s experience spans work with children, adolescents, adults, and families in inpatient psychiatric care, supervised outpatient behavioral health, adolescent residential foster care, education, healthcare, community, and faith-based settings.
Her supervised clinical social work training has included behavioral-health assessment, treatment planning, documentation, trauma-informed and developmentally responsive care, family engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
That breadth reinforces a whole-person perspective: behavior makes more sense when development, relationships, environment, culture, strengths, and surrounding pressures are considered. Peaked Mind is shaped by that same approach—warm, clear, useful, and collaborative.
